An application is accepted subject to the following conditions:
Sorry - No Monies are returnable for early departure.
1. Bookings are accepted from 2.00pm on day of arrival to 10.00 am on day of departure. Your keys are available at Reception.
2. We reserve the right to re-let if not claimed by 12.00 noon on the following day of stated arrival.
3. The management and caravan owners are relieved of any liability for accidents to visitors and any loss or damage to property, including motor vehicles.
4. In the opinion of the proprietors, any party guilty of excessive noise or unclean behaviour or conduct prejudicial to the well being of other visitors the proprietors may retake possession of the accommodation on refunding money in respect of any un-expired part of the holiday. Visitors will be liable for any damage caused to park property.
5. A speed limit of 10 mph around the park/property must be kept at all times.
6 . No wheel spins or skid marks on the grass.
7 . Sorry - No pets allowed in the caravans at Trenance (sorry site rules).
8 . All rubbish to be bagged and placed in the bins provided.
9 When having Barbeques please use the stands or blocks provided.
10 With young children please bring waterproof protection for beds.
11 Numbers must not exceed the berth stated in accommodation or confirmed on the booking form.
12 All cancellations must be made in writing, to arrive no later than six weeks before the commencement of your holiday.
13 Blankets are provided. However, visitors are requested to bring their own bed Linen, Duvet covers, table linen, towels, and tea towels.
14 Sorry - deposits are not refundable.
15 Bookings accepted from couples and families only –NO SINGLE SEX GROUPS.
